Schedules were recently released for our students. However, due to a glitch in the system, the schedules did not appear in the Synergy ParentVUE / StudentVUE app. The issue has been resolved now.
If you or your student(s) have not been able to see their schedule, the following should help:
Option 1: Use the website instead of the mobile app.
Log out of the ParentVUE app on your phone or mobile device.
Completely close the app
Restart the app and log back in
Select one of your students
Now you should see “Class Schedule” as one of the options, select it
You will come to a blank screen with today’s date at the top and an arrow to the right.
Select that arrow and then “Semester 1”
You should see the schedule.
