COVID-19 Diagnosis Reporting Form

Attendance and Vacations:

Having your child at school each and every day is critical to the learning experience.

If your child will miss school, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to report the absence on the attendance line at 651-653-2810 or report online through Synergy ParentVue.  Please note failure to contact the attendance line, report the absence online or not giving a reason results in unexcused absences.

You can also report the absence by email.  Giving details why your child will be absent:

If your child will be absent due to a trip or other family related vacation, please submit the absence through your ParentVue account. Vacations two weeks prior to the trip. Vacations are not excused absences under the state guidelines, but WBL Schools does allow building principals to make special exceptions if attendance is in good standing and there are no school or other attendance related concerns.

Drop Off and Pick Up

All students that arrive at, or after the 7:45 a.m. bell need to have a parent sign them into school in the office.

You cannot drop your child off EARLIER than 7:25 a.m.; there is no supervision until then.

Need to pick up your child early?

Use the email: before 1:00 p.m. the day of the request to let us know in advance.  Early dismissals will not be sent to the office until you arrive to sign them out.  Please be sure you give yourself enough time to sign out and for the child to come down to the office.

All students must be picked up from school by 2:30 p.m.   There is no supervision for students after 2:30 pm.
